From start to finish, Chris Yeoman made this a painless, easy and This car buying experience has been the all-time best one I have ever experienced! From start to finish, Chris Yeoman made this a painless, easy and enjoyable process. We live in San Angelo and Chris is in Lubbock, but he was able to find the exact car with the amenities we wanted and arranged everything in a total professional manner for the day of the sale. We walked into the dealership after driving 3 hours and was greeted professionally and made to feel very welcome. The car was ready and we were able to navigate the paperwork process and complete the sale without any delays, and without any issues. Chris Yeoman stayed engaged with us the entire time and made sure we were completely satisfied with the car before allowing us to leave. He answered all of our questions with expertise and made us feel very well taken care of. Chris arranged for Blake Silva’s to explain the amenities on the car to us and make sure we understood how things worked. Blake was phenomenal and very patient with us. There is new technology on this vehicle we did not understand and was not familiar with, but Blake took the time to show us, explain details to us, and made sure all of our questions were answered. At no time did we feel rushed, or like he was trying to get rid of us now that the sale was complete. Both Chris and Blake are definite assets to Honda and represent the company in a very professional manner. i would not hesitate to choose both of these gentlemen in the future for purchase of another new vehicle.
