I received a recall on my GMC Acadia. I call Frank Brown wanting to speak with someone in the service dept. I talked to a Mr. Ronnie Botello and ask what day was convenient for them to check out my car. He wanting to speak with someone in the service dept. He told me they would be glad to take of recall in the morning between 8:00 & 9:00 a.m. The next morning I took my car and met Mr. Botello. He treated me with respect and took his time answering all my questions. He asked if I was going to wait on car. I told him I would come back later. He ask for my cell number. A couple of hours later I received a call from a Mr. Terry, he told me my car was ready. All I can say is that both guys were super nice guys. I didn’t get the run around. I drove my car home and my low air pressure symbol on dash was gone. I didn’t tell anyone to fix that. My tailgate wasn’t making that bad noise it used to make.
