It was overall a terrible experience. I set an appointment 2 weeks beforehand to have my Acadia looked at for the radio having issues with FM signals. I arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appoint I set an appointment 2 weeks beforehand to have my Acadia looked at for the radio having issues with FM signals. I arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment and was told that they would get to it as soon as possible. I elected to wait thinking it wouldn't take too long to get an update or an estimate. After 3 hours they stated that they hadn't even looked at it since they were still working on other vehicles from the previous week. I ended up having a coworker pick me up during his lunch break and returned at 5:00pm to see what the estimate would be. That was when they notified me that they still hadn't even looked at the vehicle. Not that they were still working on it, that they had not even started. Honestly when I set an appointment I expect some realistic results within the same day. It is not my problem that they are behind from the previous week. This is not the first issue I have had with Frank Brown and honestly will probably never step foot in there again. Their service department seems to only be able to handle oil changes and even then those took hours for my other vehicles. And please don't contact me in regards to this review, I really don't want to discuss the horrible service anymore. The only redeeming factor was the gentleman behind the service desk. He politely helped me and would check on the service request and was a great help. More
