Worked with the customer care representative named Armando Reyna. Mr. Reyna was obviously knowledgeable about body shop repair and the intricacies of working with insurance companies. Mr. Reyna provided excellent customer service and worked as a liaison with the insurance company. He kept me updated as to the progression of repairs, which were completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I will use and recommend Frank Brown body shop in the future, due to the quality of service provided by Mr Reyna and The other staff in the body shop. More
