Great service and friendly staff I took my Ridgeline in on Friday due to a "growl" coming from the left rear of the truck. I suspected it was the brakes. I also needed to replace th I took my Ridgeline in on Friday due to a "growl" coming from the left rear of the truck. I suspected it was the brakes. I also needed to replace the timing belt due to the age and mileage on my vehicle. Since it was already mid afternoon, I assumed I'd have to make an appointment to have the work done. Dean said they could do the brakes right away, but due to the length of time to do the timing belt (4-5 hour job), I'd have to bring it back Monday. They did the brakes right then and made an appointment for Monday morning. I told him that I'd need it by noon if I did that and he said they'd make it happen. I took it in at 7am on Monday and Dean called me shortly after 11am to let me know it was ready. Kudos to Dean and the mechanic(s) who did the work. Also a big thank you to Terry (the cahier) for his courtesy/friendly demeanor, and Robert, the shuttle driver, for the friendly ride and conversation! Great job! More
