Had I known quote did not include tire I would have fixed it elsewhere for cheaper. More

Experience was great, great customer service Great customer service as soon as I arrived. Someone helped me quickly and got me in for my oil change. My car was inspected throughly and they recommended a few things I needed to do to my car such as change air filter and ac filter. Even showed me the filters so I could see them. All was good except the air pressure check. When I got in the car the right front tire still showed low. I went across to McWhorters and it was low. No communication When I Dropped off the vehicle I Was told it would take 2 days to complete the repair. I ask about detailing the vehicle and was told they do not do d When I Dropped off the vehicle I Was told it would take 2 days to complete the repair. I ask about detailing the vehicle and was told they do not do details any more but the sign clearly said that they did. Brandon told me they were waiting on new signs. Then the wrong part was sent and a new one had to be ordered it came in on the following Monday. Brandon called and offered the loaner vehicle to us and I was excited about that. But it was given out to someone else I called that following Wednesday to find out the status and was told the skin was on and was waiting on paint. It took a total of two weeks to complete the repair and the only communication I received was to offer me a loaner vehicle that was not available. I then called Armando and ask him about the situation and he was very defensive and not very friendly. But did go check on the status of the repair and called and left me a voice mail at my request. I also ask to please speak to Brent about the whole situation and still have not heard from him. I am very disappointed in the whole experience and hope someone will fix this situation. I have always used frank Brown and am saddened about this entire experience. Thank you Stephen McCown More
