Service good but My 2014 Honda Accord would not start due to a faulty starter. Installation of the starter went perfectly. BUT the starter went out at 39000 miles! Not acceptable at all for the quality reputation Honda products have. 3000 miles past the warranty and still WAY TO EARLY for any starter to fail. The dealership had no problem taking our money for a faulty, poorly engineered starter. Service is good. Product is not. More
