People seemed totally trustworthy. ..but they weren't. Don't believe the "sales tax paid". They have an alternate sticker that adds $1000 for "Fletcher Advantage", which is really a ser ..but they weren't. Don't believe the "sales tax paid". They have an alternate sticker that adds $1000 for "Fletcher Advantage", which is really a service contract that has no real value. Then they don't even show that charge on the paperwork or provide you with the contract unless you realize what happened and insist on it. We were told it was optional and we declined it, but they invisibly charged for it anyway. So after insisting on them sending us the paperwork, I read that it was cancellable within 30 days for full refund. Sounds good? No. On the service contract it showed the price paid as $0 (even though we did pay for it by them not paying $1231 of the sales tax), so if we cancel it we get zero refund and don't even have any potential benefit from the service contract. On the positive side, they had the car I wanted. And although the sales/paperwork process went very smoothly and quickly, I now see that is designed to deceive the buyer into not actually reading any of the documents and calculating things for yourself. What does this mean? It’s the same company. Purchased a new 2023 Accord 2 and an half years ago. All went well. First two service appointments went well. 24 months free oil change! Great. Found out it’s 12 months now. Will remember this for next time. And now they charge a 3% service charge as of a couple months ago.! They said, don’t blame us, we didn’t change. Everyone else does so we can to. More

Inept Service Scheduler and deceitful website. After reviewing their website and seeing it was listed as a Honda “EV HUB” my wife called to schedule an appointment for her ’24 Prologue, the Schedu After reviewing their website and seeing it was listed as a Honda “EV HUB” my wife called to schedule an appointment for her ’24 Prologue, the Scheduler told her they worked on those and proceeded to schedule her an appointment for the following Monday. We dropped the Prologue off the Sunday evening before for the first appointment of the following day. At 7:50 a.m. on that Monday the Service Manager called and explained to my wife they do not service EV’s. So, I called Honda of America around 9 a.m. the same day to ask for a recommendation of a Service Department that would service the vehicle, and they stated the closest service department was Fletcher, so I explained to Honda that the Service Manager stated that this isn’t the case and we would have to take it somewhere else. Honda of America was completely confused by this also but recommended another dealership 30 minutes further away. I hope this goes better; this is our first Honda vehicle and unless something changes drastically will be our last. This is our third EV, with none of them being a Tesla due to Service Department distance from our home, and we have never had a issue such as this with Ford Or VW. More

I took the car in because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. The dealer charged me $160+ to tell me I needed a new battery. I was so frustrated with their approach that I left and went to AutoZone. AutoZone tested the battery and the starter and the alternator for free and found the problem. The dealer also gave me a long list of other items they said I needed and tried to sell me on including an oil change - which I just had done elsewhere 3 weeks ago. None of the other items on the list were necessary either. In addition, as I checked out, the advisor tried to use a scare tactic and cautioned me against driving the car. I give them one star because at least they looked at the car quickly. But the charge was absurd for what they did. I am new to the area and was truly hoping to have a dependable service department to rely on. That definitely did not happen at Fletcher Honda. Thanks to AutoZone my car is running just fine. More

I bought a brand new 2022 Honda and come to find out, even though I purchased the service agreement they absolutely DO NOT look at what the car needs on the mileage in the book nor do they do service if even though I purchased the service agreement they absolutely DO NOT look at what the car needs on the mileage in the book nor do they do service if we don't ask for it. Heck they won't even do a standard tire rotation with your vehicle when the oil is changed. So, we as customers are supposed to know and direct every single time we drop a car off and make sure that you as the service professional follow the standard book maintenance schedule? What in the world? Why in the heck did we buy a Honda if we have to tell you what needs to be done. HORRIBLE SERVICE...JUST HORRIBLE. In fact my air filter and inside cabin filter wasn't changed when needed come to find out they don't even look at those on a normal maintenance service either. Don't let this place fool you. Horrible. More

Truely the most dishonest car sales practices I've ever encountered and a complete waste of time. Found a truck on their website I wanted to buy last Friday, clicked on the tab to apply for financing thro encountered and a complete waste of time. Found a truck on their website I wanted to buy last Friday, clicked on the tab to apply for financing through them, filled out all information for for my trade, filled out my application information and got a message saying I had been approved for financing which included the payment amount, term (72 mos - prefilled), interest rate, trade deduction, minimum down payment and final price including fees. I clicked on the button to "accept this deal" and then was asked to select a date and time to "pickup my new vehicle", which I scheduled for the following Monday. I received 6-8 emails all saying "Thank you for buying from Fletcher Honda, your scheduled pickup time is ... let's gather up the essentials you'll need to pick up your new car: Valid Drivers License, Proof of Insurance, Check or Banking Info" I opted to use the upload feature on the website to save time and finalize the deal and sent my drivers license, insurance card and bank statement to them, received 2 videos from a car salesman there, one of which showed the truck I was purchasing in the shop with the salesman saying " getting your new truck inspected and ready for you to pickup...", I proceeded to get a cashier's check for the down payment from my bank and my husband and I took off work for Monday to make the 2.5 hr drive to pick up the truck. Saturday I logged in to the website to see if our documents had been received and if we needed to do anything else before Monday and noticed the truck not only still was listed for sale, but the price had been raised by $1200. Messaged the dealership to find out what was going on and the salesman called me soon after to tell me that the financing application and trade valuation and payment detail features on their website were "simulation only" and didn't actually mean anything, then actually had the nerve to laugh at me and say "there's no WAY you're going to get approved for a 72 mo loan on that truck!" and when I said we'd shared our personal details with them, been told we had a deal, bought a cashier's check and taken off work to pickup the truck we were told we had bought he didn't even bother to apologize, just said again very sarcastically that it was all just a "simulation" and they didn't actually do any of that until the appointment. He refused to even address the fact they raised the price after offering me a "deal" to accept or show any indication he wanted to sell me the truck. Fraudulent business practices start to finish, data mining and completely unethical sales tactics - I've bought 40+ cars in my life from various dealerships and never been treated worse or seen a shadier car lot than this one - buyer beware all the way. More

I am not thrilled with this place at all. I wish I could take it all back! My first issue was I bought the car around 7ish in the evening. Oh no I couldn't do that. They already submitted the paperwork. Which I doubt. Go figure. Then my heated seats didn't work. Mind you this is a 2021 honda hrv. Brand new. I tried the heated seats over a couple of weeks and they were very inconsistent and most of the time barely got warm. They are supposed to get very warm. Then a day before I was supposed to bring it in to be looked at the air unit started knocking. I bring the car in and the guy tests everything and said well everything is working and the air unit sounds fine. Uh no. Not true. I was just riding with the heated seats and I know for a fact they were not working and the air unit should be looked at regardless becauseof the noises. If I say there is a problem with my car there is a problem. I don't make things up so I can drop my car off to sit there all day. I want my car with me and prefer not to go to the dealership I do not like. There is also a setting on the vehicle that doesn't work. My salesman says he will look at it and see what he can do but what in the world????? This is a 2021 car. There should be no issues!!! If I could I'd leave the car in the lot and take a refund. I've already had it. They didn't have a transportation service and didn't even allow me to use a vehicle while my car sat all day. Great service you guys! I will be refinancing asap to get out from under them. More
