WHY? I have used this dealership for the past 11 years as my wife and I have purchased at least 7 vehicles. Their service has been "Top" from the front in sales to the back at the service department. I didnot check the car properly and took it on trust as one of my friends had already bought a car from there. But witihn 1 week of taking delivery, I found a door strap is torn which I didnot notice previ one of my friends had already bought a car from there. Now when I took my car to the shop, they said me to come the next day and show it to service shop, which estimated it for around $100 and ask for Pre-owned department's approval. Again I went to the pre-owned department and told them but I was astonished to hear that they will not fix it and I will have to pay for it as the car is out of warranty. This is not at all acceptable as driving the car 2nd day I found this fault, don't know what other surprises are waiting for me!!! It was a very bitter experience on my part and gave me a very negative impression about this delaership. There is no value of customer trust and satisfaction here; once the car is sold they are done with the business, so would prefer to go for some other Honda dealerships. More
