Overall very happy We were greeted upon exiting our vehicle. He took the time to get a car out of the show room for me to test drive. Due to having a 10 month old baby, my fiancé was not able to be in the car with me while I test drove vehicles and vice versa. While we were waiting for the other to get back from a test drive, all of the other employees were very attentive to us. Asking every few minutes if we needed anything. Back again After having to do several costly rrepairs on my 2012 Cuze we figured that it was time for an upgrade. So me and my wife decided to look in to a new H After having to do several costly rrepairs on my 2012 Cuze we figured that it was time for an upgrade. So me and my wife decided to look in to a new Hyundai from Fletcher, our salesman met us at the door with a cold water as it was a hot day and started asking havequestions and narrowing our search to a 2017 pearl white Elantra, the tech edition, there was no hassle or rushing and we received a good price with lots of dealer rebates that was deducted from the total price. We left that day happy with our new car and price. 4 months later while on my way home from work and driving around a sharp curve there was a deer in the street and turning to avoid it, lost control and went careening down a 50° embankment taking out a barbed wire fence and several small sapligs totaling my baby! Our friends at Fletcher rolled up their sleeves and our original salesman Kodey West jumped right in and with the help of our insurance agency put us in a brand new 2017 Elantra and threw in a couple of extras in 4 days! From wreck to new car was only 4 days, our salesman and the finance lady stayed 2 hours past closing to get us another great deal and we drove it home that night. I would recommend Fletcher to anyone looking to buy either a new or used car, the staff were attentive to our needs and Kodey West matched us to the perfect car for the right price. More
