We have a second vehicle but it too has engine problems I had feelings of desperation. We stopped in at Fletcher's just to have a look. Alex Cupp, greeted us, "What a God Sent", this guy is amazing, on our initial visit we were turned down for credit approval, at that point we just let the deal go. But not Alex, he did everything he could to help us even though we had given up. 4 days later Alex called, "This is Alex Cupp with Fletcher's in Joplin. Have you found a car yet?" "I think we got you covered." I was amazed, we were in Wal-Mart when Alex called, and I kid you not my husband was dancing in the isles.
