I saw an ad in a local sales flyer and called the dealership. I was transferred to Alex Cupp. Mr. Cupp answered all my questions even walking out onto the lot and actually looking at the two vans I w dealership. It was a hot day in August yet he did not hesitate to go outside and did not rush me but answered questions until I was finished asking them. We agreed to meet two days later so I might view the vans. He called with an answer to a question I had he could not answer later that day. He also called the next day to confirm our time to meet. Upon arrival at the dealership he quickly took myself and my daughter to the vehicles. He gave us all the time in the world to check them over and answered all our questions. He allowed us to test drive both vehicles. He even drove the one I wanted across the lot for us to look at a second time so we did not have to walk clear across the lot again. At our request he went away a few minutes allowing us to talk privately to each other but first gave us ice water and a comfortable place to set. He answered my final questions and got my paperwork underway quickly. I had been looking at vans for 6-7 months and had not found a van or a salesman of the quality I found at Fletcher Auto that day. I had my daughter do the test drives as I had a knee injury and was on pain medication. When we purchased one of the vans he offered to deliver the van to my home some 20 miles from Joplin so I would not have to figure out a way to get my van home. We took him up on the offer. When we concluded our deal he gave us more ice water which was much appreciated on that hot August day and made suse we had his card so we could contact him should we have other questions or needs. He also made sure some promised service work was done before the van was delivered to us.. When there was a delay he called so I would know it would be the next day before he could bring my van to me. He kept me posted on the progress all along the way. I will without hesitation go back to this dealership and especially this salesman. I will also be highly recommending to friends and family they call Mr Cupp and make arrangements for him to work with them on the purchase a of new or used vehicle. I figured this kind of top quality personalized sales service was a thing of the past in my memory only. But I was delighted to learn Fletcher Auto and especially Mr. Alex Cupp still offer the highest quality service with out pressuring the buyer, hedging on questions, rushing you as you find the vehicle you want or the test drive. They in general provide good old fashion friendlily service. I am confident my months of searching paid off when I finally got to Fletcher auto. Their used vehicles we looked at were as advertised and their salesman Mr. Cupss top notch. I look forward to driving the van I purchased that day after a 6-7 month search. Many Thank Mr. Cupp. More

I came to this dealership with a major oil leak, thanks to a visit to Walmart. Will never go to Walmart for car service again. They had installed the wrong filter. I absolutely loved my car buying experience, which is something that I have never said before. I was very fortunate to have Jon White as my dealer, and I was very impressed with his knowledge of not onl something that I have never said before. I was very fortunate to have Jon White as my dealer, and I was very impressed with his knowledge of not only his cars, but also the Toyota lot. After we test drove a used Prius, I decided that it was the car for me. Jon walked me through the process of trading in my car, and when it was all said and done, I was very happy with the deal I received. The staff was very friendly, and I didn't feel like I was pushed into anything. Jon made sure himself that my car was in top condition before I drove it home.
