When we arrived STeve was prompt and energetic. I didnt feel pressured at all. He let me look and offered advise when we asked or looked for guidance. I had a great time shopping for a new car with Dave. We test drove several cars before I made a decision. Very happy with friendliness and working hard to get me into my first new car. This dealership does everything that is expected they treat you very well from the time you step on the parking lot. I checked yes on doing the review in thier dealership because you do have a bit of tim treat you very well from the time you step on the parking lot. Car was not delivered as promised. We wanted car in different color so they brought one in from another dealership. Car did not have satellite radio as other car did and had paint chip on hood. Salesguy offered Portable radio and paint. Waiting to hear from him. Bought three cars in a row from these folks. Will nOt again More

I completed an online sales inquiry to the Fletcher Superstore in Joplin, MO on Wednesday evening, received a text and email from Dave Ott within a few hours of the dealership opening on Thursday, sche Superstore in Joplin, MO on Wednesday evening, received a text and email from Dave Ott within a few hours of the dealership opening on Thursday, scheduled a test drive (during rush hour) with Dave on the same day and walked out with the keys to my new Sebring Convertible by 7pm. This is my second purchase from Fletcher and to say it was seamless would be an understatement. From Sales to Finance it was an awesome no pressure sales experience. I will return again to Fletcher when we find the need for another vehicle because the service is just that good! Thank you guys!!! More
