My 2018 Cadillac Escalade had 45K maintenance performed yesterday. All maintenance was a five star but the reason I gave four stars is because I am handicapped and had ordered pick up and delivery for my v yesterday. All maintenance was a five star but the reason I gave four stars is because I am handicapped and had ordered pick up and delivery for my vehicle. Pick up was perfect but when it came time to deliver my vehicle back to me Frank Kent informed me that they could not so I had to find someone that could ride with my daughter after her work to pick my vehicle up and bring it home to me. We were expecting storms high wind and hail at my home that night and my car is garaged so I did not feel safe leaving it at frank Kent under a tent. All I know Frank Kent is a wonderful car dealership I have purchased mini vehicles from them And will continue to do so. More
