Not the place for personalized sales. Sent an inquiry online, got the typical auto reply, so didn't respond. Later received an email from "Ashley", I responded back I wished to see pictures of a just pos online, got the typical auto reply, so didn't respond. Later received an email from "Ashley", I responded back I wished to see pictures of a just posted car. She replied back, "right away". Next day, another email from Ashley, still waiting on photos, another "right away". FIVE DAYS later received yet another automated email from a manager checking in on progress.... How about you actually practice customer service rather than being lazy and having computers do the work for you. While waiting for pictures, another dealership provided excellent service and sold me a car. Kind of hard to be a leader for Bolts like your website says when you can't even give customers basic info. More
