The airbag replacements were not immediately available, so a rental Acura of Springfield was outstanding in the way airbag replacements were handled. The airbag replacements were not immediately available, so a rental car was provided. I was notified when the parts arrived, and an appointment was made. The service department and all other Acura employees were very friendly and helpful. I bought my Acura RL from them and have dealt with Acura of Springfield for many years, and I highly recommend them. More
