This may sound crazy, but I actually l This is my wife's & my 3rd Acura; the last two (2013 RDX & 2016 MDX) were purchased from Acura of Springfield. This may sound crazy, but I actually look forward to visiting this dealership for service. The Service Department has alway been very professional, courteous and clear as to what maintenance is recommended and how much it will cost. We learned from our first Acura, a 2001 MDX, that routine maintenance has been a key to its' longevity (now with over 200,000 miles). The customer waiting area is First Class with a full service snack bar (complimentary drinks & food) and a warm, inviting lounge (with two big screen TV's, Wifi and a nice variety of reading materials). It's a great place to relax and chill out while you're waiting for your car. No need for a loaner. More

Very efficient I was in a hurry and they had me checked in and in a loaner (which was a lovely car) in 5 min. Also, I expressed concern that I would forget to retrie I was in a hurry and they had me checked in and in a loaner (which was a lovely car) in 5 min. Also, I expressed concern that I would forget to retrieve my parking permit when I dropped my car off and when I returned to retrieve my repaired car the repairman immediately reminded me of it! Really appreciate that since I did indeed forget about it! The pick up was just as smooth and quick as the drop off! More
