Positive experience I took my car to be serviced for the upcoming winter weather. As usual, the check-in desk person was friendly and efficient. Kenny was polite and had our paperwork laying on the counter as we walked in for the noon The recall repair on our MDX was a very pleasant experience. My kids ask to go with me to have the vehicle serviced (when is the last time you heard that about a dealership!)
