Very efficient I was in a hurry and they had me checked in and in a loaner (which was a lovely car) in 5 min. Also, I expressed concern that I would forget to retrie I was in a hurry and they had me checked in and in a loaner (which was a lovely car) in 5 min. Also, I expressed concern that I would forget to retrieve my parking permit when I dropped my car off and when I returned to retrieve my repaired car the repairman immediately reminded me of it! Really appreciate that since I did indeed forget about it! The pick up was just as smooth and quick as the drop off! More

Positive experience I took my car to be serviced for the upcoming winter weather. As usual, the check-in desk person was friendly and efficient. The waiting room is comfortable, and the customer service representative checked frequently on those of us waiting to ask if we needed anything. After my car was ready, the desk person went over all the points of what was done. Another good experience. More
