Very well pleased with service, exceeded my expectations Recently the a/c went out on our 08 Acura RDX. It turns out there was an extended warranty. Since they had to keep our car overnight they gave us a l Recently the a/c went out on our 08 Acura RDX. It turns out there was an extended warranty. Since they had to keep our car overnight they gave us a loaner to use which was good since we live over an hour away. When we picked it up the next day and were coming back home, the a/c stopped working again. This was on a Saturday and I left them a message expressing my frustration. They called first thing Monday morning and assured me that they would send a tech down to my house to swap vehicles and get it fixed. As it turns out, it was another part that went bad and was not at all related to the work they had done. And they did not charge me at all for the extra work or for coming to pick it up and bring it back. The really do go above and beyond what is expected and I am very grateful. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. More

Unfortunate events I had a flat tire and needed a tire that I had at home installed. My wheel was slightly bent and they were able to but my tire on it. I was advised that I would need a new wheel it was holding a seal. I drove across town and had a flat tire. They told me they had checked it a few times before releasing the car to me. I am now getting a new wheel and hopefully all will be good. More
