We had such an incredible experience at Frank Leta Honda. Steve Neely was our sales representative, and I have already recommended Frank Leta Honda to one friend. The service and responsiveness at Frank Leta Honda is incredible. Shortly after our purchase, I actually wrote a lengthy email to Mr. Leta (I hope he received it). The background for my review is that I went to the dealership without my husband and was assisted at a very high level. I was encouraged to take the vehicle home for a home test drive (which I did). My husband left the decision-making up to me and the negotiation up to me, but he did tell me that he was very impressed with the vehicle and would be very happy to have it. I went back to the dealership and brought my husband in via Facebook (he is high-risk for covid, so I wanted to keep him safely at home). He met our sales representative, but I did all of the communication and negotiation. I was treated with such openness and sincerity and graciousness. I was very with the experience, but even more so when I talked to a friend, and she conveyed that she had gone to a furniture store, ready to buy, but her husband was not with her, and NO salesperson helped her. She left without making a purchase. She also went to a car dealership (not Frank Leta) without her husband. Again, she was not helped in any way. When she went in and asked to test drive a vehicle, she was told, "why don't you bring your husband back, and we will be happy to help you." I am certainly not accustomed to being passed over and ignored, and in my profession, I am expected to bring insight and value to sensitive situations. The experience at Frank Leta Honda would have gone VERY differently if I had been disrespected. There would have been no car purchase, and I would be very vocal about my experience. Happily, I can tell everyone that my experience was exemplary, and they have made friends for life. "Leta for life!" Steve was amazing and not pushy. He was helpful, and his service made the sale that day. We have been delighted with the unbelievably personal customer care since our purchase, and I wish could give Frank Leta Honda (and Steve) 10 stars out of 5. More

The car buying process can be long and grueling, but it’s the attention to every detail that makes the customer service top notch, and gets you to return. Glad to be part of the Frank Leta family now. As we always said, “should have bought a Honda...” I don’t know why we waited so long. For the families that have kiddos and need to accommodate 3 cars seats. The “magic slide” in the 2018+ odyssey is an absolute game changer. More

I want to leave a review. My husband and I first went to Ed nappelton to buy a new car. We shared that we don’t play around, when we know what we want, we plan to purchase a car. they were like fantastic a Ed nappelton to buy a new car. We went in to complete paperwork and the Games began. We said just tell me the price. But they kept going back and forth. We finally said “stop, tell me the bottom line and they said ok.” But again back and forth with price, finance guy, manager.... on and on. We got up and left. About a 30 mins they called and asked where we were. We said don’t play ... you will lose deals, just like ours. My husband and I were interested still in the civic hatchback. We looked up other dealerships and ran across Leta He called leta and spoke with Steve Neely. Told him our experience and said he was sorry come in and we will make this work. Not only was there no hackeling back and forth, he gave us what we wanted at a cheaper price and then took about 30 mins to explain the cars tricks. And later when I was able to go to the dealership Steve sat with me for about 45 min to an hour to explain to me all the tricks of my new car. he gave us both his contact info and said whenever we had questions to contact him. He said he does not work commission he works because he believes the cars sells themselves. He was amazing. I am so grateful we choose leta Honda. I want you all to know if we could sell our other car right now and buy another Honda, we would. lastly I want you all to know my new little car “Storm” and I will be out cruisen the streets and if you want to see how my little beauty drives.... stop me.
