Best Car Buying Experience Ever! When buying my pre-owned Accord, I had a great experience from beginning to end working with Randy Borth. Not only did he have knowledge of every opt When buying my pre-owned Accord, I had a great experience from beginning to end working with Randy Borth. Not only did he have knowledge of every option my car (and other cars) had, but he thoughtfully answered my questions. At one point I was trying to decide whether to lease a new car or buy my pre-owned car... and I really appreciate the great patience and sincere kindness Randy expressed. He allowed me all the time I needed (and I took most of a day!) with no pressure. While I weighed the two choices with my list of advantages with each, Randy provided options and answers to all questions and concerns. I also had a trade in, and they were most fair with the amount they offered me!(This was something I was most grateful for, especially since it was nice for me to be able to drive away with my new car and not have to worry about listing and selling my older one) And while I hadn't expected to buy an extended warranty, the warranty coverage was something I went ahead and purchased because it was so reasonably priced. We usually keep our vehicles a very long time (15 years with my last one), so I hadn't been car shopping for a long while. Had I known my experience would be such a nice one, I may have shopped sooner! Thank you, Randy Borth, Matt Craft, Bill McCoy, and Stephen Brown (from the Acura dealership) , for all of you played a part in my GREAT experience at Frank Leta! I wholeheartedly recommend shopping at the Frank Leta dealerships for your car purchases! More

Josh Adams for dealer of the year! I recently bought a used 2012 Nissan Cube from Frank Leta Honda. I was lucky to get Josh Adams as my salesperson. We had a great experience, no pressure and no used car salesman shenanigans. Once we sat down for a deal we came to an agreement within a few minutes. One of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. We left feeling we that we got a great deal and a more than fair trade-in for our car. Our salesman Jason Hawkins was great to work with as was Jason Williams in Finance!!! My husband and I were both impressed with Frank Leta. Based on this experience we will be back! More

No Pressure, GREAT Customer Service! A couple months ago we visited a few local Honda dealerships. After a not so pleasant and helpful visit to the first, we ventured over to Frank Leta A couple months ago we visited a few local Honda dealerships. After a not so pleasant and helpful visit to the first, we ventured over to Frank Leta on a Saturday evening right around closing.. We were welcomed and encouraged to test drive whatever we liked even though we told them we didn't NEED to buy a car until October. Though we had no intentions of buying that evening...Ryan Groeller and the Sales Manager, Josh Williams, both stayed to explain the benefits of leasing a new car and the benefits of buying a used car. Tonight we went back to check out a used white Accord they had on their lot. When we entered the facility, all of the staff smiled and were very friendly (have I mentioned we've been there a few times?). We are so happy with the customer service, attention, and lack of BS we received every time we visited!! We would HIGHLY recommend Frank Leta Honda to any of our friends! More
