Mostly that is due to the great salesman we worked with, Jason Groeller. He wasn't pushy, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, & seemed genuine about finding us the right vehicle. Even after the purchase, Jason insisted that my wife come back when convenient for her so that he could go over all of the features of the new van. He spent about an hour setting up the bluetooth, the lock settings,etc, & making sure to answer all of her questions. We recommend Frank Leta Honda & especially working with Jason. Mike H. Keith Kamp did an excellent job in listening to my needs and quickly finding vehicles that met my requirements. He prepped vehicles while my son and I test drove the cars and had the next car waiting for us and quickly finding vehicles that met my requirements. He prepped vehicles while my son and I test drove the cars and had the next car waiting for us upon return... warmed up and pulled up front ready to go. It was early February and really cold. After driving several vehicles we selected our car. The car we liked had some vibration in the steering wheel and Keith was quick to get a technician's evaluation of the problem. Before long the car was ready to go and the vibration in the steering wheel was fixed (resulting from low/uneven tire pressure). During the sale Keith was upfront and strait on every aspect of the process. He was quick to take our counter offer to the sales manager and he processed the paperwork quickly. After the sale Keith was very good about following up with me to make sure everything was going well and the car was running as expected. He also made sure our license paperwork was sent out quickly. In fact, he did a little of the follow-up while at home with the flu. How's that for customer service? I certainly didn't expect him to work while he was ill, but he did. A few words about Nick Dubrouillet. Nick wasn't my sales associate but he was called in to help when I asked about getting an iPhone adapter for the car. Nick connected me with Tanner at Custom Sounds and the two of them took great care of me and for a really fair price. Another quick plug... if you need any stereo or speaker work for your car, see Tanner at CustomSounds in South County. Last, Gus handled my financing and paperwork like a pro. No pressure, no over the top up-selling, just a very strait forward and courteous approach. Car shopping can be kind of stressful, that wasn't the case for me at all at Frank Leta. I bought a new Honda Odyssey from Frank Leta Honda in October 2012 after my old Honda was totaled in an accident. Due to delays with the two insurance companies and Honda finance with the gap insurance, October 2012 after my old Honda was totaled in an accident. Due to delays with the two insurance companies and Honda finance with the gap insurance, the matter was not completed until January 2013. I spoke to Honda Financial many times during this time and they told me there was no record of the new vehicle so there were no payments due. If there were back payments due once the paperwork was complete, they assured me that they would differ them to the end of the loan term. So my wife and I used the money to pay medical bills relating to my Parkinson's disease. Now comes the strange part. At the beginning of February 2013, I was contacted by Kevin Shultz at Frank Leta Honda, who informed me the paperwork was complete and I owed them $1,390.24. When I inquired about the money they claimed I owe them, I was told they made two payments on the vehicle and now I owed them the money. I tried to explain that Honda had agreed to defer the payments and I don't have the money as it was spent on medical bills, but Frank Leta continued to insist they need the money and have threatened legal action. I don't understand how they can do this without my permission or knowledge of them making the payments. More

What began with a simple check engine light appearing on our daughter’s 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid dash one evening, by the next morning became a $3000 major repair problem. Having purchased the pre-owned Honda, from Frank Leta, three years ago, with an extended warranty, which is still in-force, we had hoped for some help with the repair. The needed part, which Honda calls an emissions component, is the IMA Battery, which runs the hybrid’s electric motor. The warranty company declined payment of the claim, stating batteries are excluded from the coverage. Recently graduated from college, working for low wages, paying school loans and still living at home, our daughter, Lauren, is not in the position to pay such a major repair. It is only through the intersession of Marco and Frank Leta team’s willingness to help, that by the afternoon, we were informed Honda and the warranty company, would be covering the entire cost of the repair! These are the kind of ethics, are what are missing in so many companies these days . But at Frank Leta they stand behind their word and put the needs of the customer first. We wish to thank Frank Leta Honda, the amazing Leta Team and AUL, for helping our daughter resolve this issue! She still loves her Honda and we know where to shop for our next vehicle. Truly, thank you all!
