I have to say this was a very helpful and professional experience. I was having trouble with my vehicle and I brought it in for service. Sold me a rigged up lemon and made me take it to another dealership (VW) where I was being charged a $210 diagnostic fee. I was told that their service manager would consider the situation to approve covering the fee so I could keep my job. Not only could this manager NOT tell me personally, but they denied it. They sold me a lemon, lied to me, swindled me, and legitimately ruined my life. They prey on the poor and have been the single worst experience with a dealership that I've ever had. Im astonished with their 4.3 star rating because I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to in order to deliver this public service announcement. More
