Their customer service isn’t just bad it’s jaw-droppingly awful, the kind of terrible you think only exists in horror stories. They are openly rude, disrespectful to your face, and make it painfully clear that they do. not. care. about customers. At all. (Looking at you, John.) He openly called me cheap and insulted my taste in cars for zero reason. Like I’m buying one from you? What is wrong with you? All because of an inspection where they clear codes just to get it to pass. I didn’t even get to my drive my basically NEW car for a week. Barely even five days. Shadiest most greedy people I have ever met in my entire life. Everyone warns you about car dealers, but these people are the example. Don’t think you’ll find salvation in another department. Oh no. They run the same circus over there too. They lied straight to us, made a massive mistake, and then had the audacity to promise a call back. A call that, shocker, never came. We had to return the car in less than a week because of their screw-up. And the phone situation? A complete nightmare. We were sent to voicemail over 10 times, while they were literally open. Sales did the exact same thing silence, avoidance, and zero accountability. Go literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble. You will spend countless hours here wasting your time over mistakes that shouldn’t have been made. You people know nothing about cars. I was told by multiple people that John would personally call me back and he never did till this day. They tried to charge me 300 dollars for a 45 dollar part after not even having the car for an entire week. More
If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked that. By far the worst place I have ever purchased a car from. They dont have any idea what is going on in any department everyone just passes your problems off to someone else who doesn't know how to use a phone to call people back. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone not even my worst enemy. Avoid at all cost More

I had to bring a car back, because I had a shocking death in the family and needed to help my family instead of buy a car. I took the car back, and was informed on when the loan would be paid back. From here on out I was met with rudeness, lack of response, and lies. First they claimed the check was sent to the bank on May 31st. After over 30 unanswered messages someone rudely responded that this was my fault and I had no right to be so persistent and then informed that I was lied to and the check was actually not sent until Jun 9th. While I understand it was my fault the car needed to brought back, that lacked any kindness or understanding. All I wanted was truthful updates on the situation. Instead I was ignored and met with rudeness. More
