I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from Blake Lorick at Franklin Dodge and had a great experience. Blake is not the typical "car salesman." He expressed great concern that the car was the right fit and exhibited great patience throughout the purchase phase. He was committed to working patiently and always seem to under promise and over deliver. He was very dialed in to vehicle features and packages. Blake's knowledge and demeanor made this purchase a positive one. Definitely worth a visit. More

We What can I say about a dealership service department that loses a car? That was just the case with Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Franklin TN. We scheduled an appointment over ten days out for a software update recall. We delivered our Jeep the day before to ensure our vehicle would be in cue the next day. After not hearing anything all day, we called to determine the status of the repair. When we called, they did not have any record of our vehicle. At first they argued with us about having the Jeep. When we finally got a manager, he conceded the vehicle was there, just they did not know where. It took them almost an hour to call back to let us know they had found our car. They completed the software update in approximately 20 minutes, after telling us it would take a few hours the day we dropped it off. They went further and contradicted the actual recall notice saying it was wrong. When we picked up the car, they were apologetic, but offered nothing for our trouble. To add insult to injury, we received a robo e-mail asking about experience offering a free car wash. They should have done that at the time they knew the mess they made. We are so disgusted, we are contemplating trading our Jeep for some other brand of car. We will at least use a new dealership for any future service. More

We called the dealership and Mike Pollard, service advisor, arranged to have repairs done immediately. Service was quick and excellent. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing. Special thanks to Mike, Bill Lowman service director and Blake Lorick sales consultant. And to Ronnie Hancock for shuttling half our group to downtown during the repair! Highly recommend this dealership! More

wasted time. After setting an appointment 2 days prior for our tune up.. We dropped the car off on time and were told to come back this evening.. We live an hour away so we called 4 times to confirm it was ready and received voicemail each time.. We showed up and sat in the parking lot for over an hour to be told the advisor had left early, and our vehicle had been diagnosed and keys had been hung up! The service manager offered to do the $200 tune up for $90 in half an hour, which we did take him up on considering we did not want this entire day to be a waste... But we will not be back, nor will we recommend for any service. More
Southern Hospitality Best customer service I've ever received anywhere!!! A couple months ago I drove from Wisconsin down to Franklin, TN for a wedding. Once in TN my Je Best customer service I've ever received anywhere!!! A couple months ago I drove from Wisconsin down to Franklin, TN for a wedding. Once in TN my Jeep started making a loud noise. This was on a Friday, wedding was Saturday, planned to drive back to WI Sunday. Concerned about the long drive back to WI, I had to get this loud noise checked out for any safety issues. I stopped in at this Jeep dealership and explained the situation. The auto services department was very backed up with work. Still they agreed to take a look at my Jeep considering the situation I was in. While we waited we enjoyed the customer waiting room and walked around talking to other employees, all who were incredibly nice. After spending a full half hour examining my Jeep, taking all wheels off, checking for any safety concerns for my long drive, they came to get me and told me there was no apparent safety concerns and I should be ok to drive home to WI where I could then have my mechanic at home look at the Jeep closer. Now came the moment of truth, payment! I was stuck out of state with no one else to help me. I figured these guys had me and could charge me anything they wanted. So when the nervous time came to ask them what I owed them, the representative responded with, "how about a hand shake." I asked if he was serious and insisted to pay a little. He just said "call it southern hospitality." I will forever remember their willingness to help someone in their time of need. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I didn't live so far away, I'd go here to purchase my next Jeep and enjoy more of their Southern Hospitality. More
Outstanding I went into the dealership just to look and was meet by a wonderful sales person who let me look and answered all my questions. I said I needed to think about my options and he understood. I called back later that day and told Terry that my wife wanted to look at the truck. He immediately brought the truck to our home so that she could see it and more so went over every feature so we both were comfortable, i was wow, what an experience. We told him about our trade and he took all the info and photos. Here is the best part, he had someone bring out all our paperwork, went through everything line by line, took our trade and show us how we just got the best deal ever. I did my research and guess what, we got the best deal ever.. I love this store and there new management team. This was the best buying experience of our lives and we will be telling everyone.
