I contacted them via the internet and received prompt and friendly service. We worked out the general price and the probable trade-in value of my current vehicle over the phone, and then I drove down. When I arrived (near closing time on a rainy night) I found everyone to be welcoming and helpful. Each person, from the trade-in estimator, to the sales agent, to the loan processor, to the manager were professional, sincere and forthright. I felt like a got a great price for a superb vehicle and for my trade-in. It could not have gone better. The entire process went smoothly and all the folks were very pleasant to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from these people, and would drive ten hours in the rain again to do so. (And, I love my new car -- it is perfect!!!!!) More
