Bought a $3555.00 policy on a new F150 King Ranch from the Dealership promising that anytime I had to bring my truck in for service or a problem, GUARANTEED I would given a loaner equivalent to my truck the Dealership promising that anytime I had to bring my truck in for service or a problem, GUARANTEED I would given a loaner equivalent to my truck even if they had to pull a new one off the lot (among other promises). First time today I needed to call them out on this .. 6000 miles and the steering assist went out ... told me to go to another dealership for service, they didn't have a loaner ... Look at their website snapshot I just took a minute ago.. I have repeatedly asked to have the owner of the dealership contact me .. so far crickets .. I want my $3555.00 back PLUS INTEREST... and the only time anyone responded to me from the Sales Dept to the Service Dept was when I texted and or called ... I have been sitting here all day waiting for them to show up to get this truck as they said they would this morning and bring me a loanr. When no one showed up I had to contact them again only to be told to go call Ford Road Service ... I had to wait 5 hours for them to tell me that ? These people are your typical friggin car dealers. More

They’re always 2 weeks out on any repair or service. They had my truck for a week repairing a wiring issue. Instead of finishing repair, they would work on it an hour or 2 a day. No one in the service depart had my truck for a week repairing a wiring issue. Instead of finishing repair, they would work on it an hour or 2 a day. No one in the service department seemed to know what was going on. They were bewildered when we dropped truck off on the appointment date they gave me because it didn’t get written down. I’ve heard several friends say they had the same experience with their appt not getting written down. Not sure how that even happens. Pretty disappointed with our hometown dealership’s service dept. There shouldn't be a whole lot of pressure placed by a dealership, and in this case, there wasn't. It was a good buying experience and I'm happy with the purchase. One thing I'd say is that if you're buying a used vehicle, particularly a used Ford... you should be given two usable keys. It's seems a little cheap that a dealership would balk at that request. But all in all it was not a big deal. At the end of the day, I'm enjoying my vehicle and am glad that I purchased it at Franklin's. More
