The manager told me to call him back and I did twice. He never called me back. They low balled me on the offer for my trade-in. They would not negotiate at all on price. The service was good, but since there was so much being worked on it took longer than anticipated. That was understandable, but when using the text for an update there was no response & then the verbal est worked on it took longer than anticipated.
