My salesman Walter did a good job answering all my questions if he wasn’t sure about something he asked someone to get the answer . He even filled the truck up with gas out of his own pocket because t questions if he wasn’t sure about something he asked someone to get the answer . Frankman vehicles all come with tacking system for a charge of $400 although my truck did not have it installed yet told them I did not want it they refused to take the 400 off and installed even though I didn’t want it!I did not appreciate that or the fact the salesman had to use his own money to fill my truck up More

This is a family owned and operated business, and they seem to take pride in offering well cared vehicles and letting the cars sell themselves. When I arrived at the dealership, he simply handed me the keys and told me to take my time inspecting the vehicle and taking it out on a test drive. No pressure and no hard sell. The dealership is also quite efficient on the back end, handling the transaction and paperwork. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've had at a dealership. I felt like getting taken advantage of. They wouldn't let me get the car I wanted that was cheaper and everything I wanted. I like the car but I feel like they used old car salesman tactics on me and I felt vulnerable. I guess I'll wait another ten years to get a Subaru. More
