I’m super pleased with the whole experience of buying my Ford Edge. It started with filling out a form on the website, when I was just “looking” to getting my first call from Kirk, the financial guy. Wade, my car salesman, sent me a call the same day and I felt no pressure or obligation at any time. I had time to take a trip to the lot and see what interested me. I found an edge in my price range and was allowed to take it home for a couple days to show my family, given it was late Thursday. Wade checked in on me in a timely manner to see what I was thinking, but never once felt pressured to make a decision to buy it. I had a few questions about the car fax and the buying process on their end, and my questions were answered. I was reassured by both Wade and Adam, the manager. Saturday, I bought the edge and I was able to get a sweet APR of 2.99%! I love the fact that I never once was treated differently because I was shopping alone, and that I didn’t have a very strong knowledge about cars. These guys at Frankman’s are kind, patient, and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend you ask for Wade! 😊 More
