Founded in 1988 by Kevin and Brenda Frankman, Frankman Motor Company began as a small, family-operated business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I was connected with Robby, who was friendly, knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. He made us feel comfortable and did everything he could to make it an enjoyable experience. Amazing I felt like Frankman Motors did a great job about not making me feel pressured to buy a car, and they were very easy to work with on my trade in. Not High Pressure. Not Speedy Overall, I'm very happy with Frankman. My salesman was very friendly and not pushy. I think I got a very good vehicle from them. The only issue I've had is that they were slow to mail the title papers so I could license my car. SD allows buyers 45 days, but IA only 30; as I live in IA, I was close to having to pay a fine -- within two days. I emailed my salesman twice, but no reply. I only heard from him after I changed my Google review to 1-star. I've since edited that review again. He was very apologetic. More
