Absolutely fantastic. I flew in fron North Carolina to buy a truck sight unseen. Joe Frankman had been answering my questions for days. He totally took care of me. They found a little crack in the windshield just before i cam and replaced it for free. I paid to fix the doorlocks but they found the problem before i arrivedxand fixed it at very reasonable cost. I cannot believe how much truck i got for the money. It was crazy. And, when i got there, they gave me a tour of their very sweet hangar full of classic cars. I read the reviews of their dealership before i made my decision. They were mostly excellent and there were a few scathing ones. I suppose we all have our own realities. In my case, it was wall to wall excellence. More

Be careful They were very helpful with the loan and the type of car I was looking for. I was very happy with the purchase. The next day the car wouldn't start. I had it jumped and it ran for about an hour, I parked it and, once again it would not start. I had to work, which cost me $40 round trip for a cab. Next day, tried to jump it again, which didn't work at all. I have had the car for 3 days and been able to drive it one. This is not acceptable. One of prerequisites was that the car start and run in the winter. I asked if this type of vehicle would have this issue and was told no. AS you can tell I am not happy. So be careful if you buy a car from them, have it taken to an independent mechanic and have it checked over carefully. It will save you a lot of frustration More

Awesome service! When looking for a newer vehicle, I saw a 2014 GMC Terrain on CarGurus. Sent an email to see if it was still available. Received a response right away When looking for a newer vehicle, I saw a 2014 GMC Terrain on CarGurus. Sent an email to see if it was still available. Received a response right away from Tony and he asked if I had any questions about the car. A couple of emails later a test drive was scheduled. Fell in love with the car, even though it was a little outside my budget. They worked with me on the price & I went home with the Terrain! Just over two weeks later the service engine light came on. Called Frankman and they said bring it out & they would look at it first thing in the morning. Received a call from Kyle in service and he said it needed a fuel pump. They covered the cost and gave me a loaner to drive. Plus got the car done earlier than expected! Awesome crew! More
