Founded in 1988 by Kevin and Brenda Frankman, Frankman Motor Company began as a small, family-operated business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I would like Joe to know that when I got to my courthouse to register the newer vehicle I owed $35 more for a joint title and Joe said the courthouse would just switch it from only my name to join courthouse to register the newer vehicle I owed $35 more for a joint title and Joe said the courthouse would just switch it from only my name to joint....
