First and foremost, I want to apologize for the confusion with the test drive and the vehicle readiness. I understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with the long drive, and I take full responsibility for the miscommunication. We’re reviewing our processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I also regret that you noticed issues with the vehicle once you got home, including the broken cord and dent. Regarding the finance process, I’m sorry if you felt pressured during that conversation. That’s never our intention, and I’ll make sure our team is more mindful of this moving forward to ensure a more comfortable experience for all our customers.
