Cost is way to much. Have never been or heard of being charge by the pint on a oil change. $16.00 a quart, just to high. 2nd time having bad service. Have less the 2000 miles I but on, vehicle it self only has 23,000 miles.But told vehicle will neede REAR brakes, which they supposable fixed on the first visit. They just ground pad and rotors, they must have ground to much. Was told I would have get new, which did not happen. Sales department seams very nice. Service is horrible, I can have work done at Ford for half the cost. Lesson learned. More
