All lies and fraud We bought a 2017 used Acura’s tlx on Jan 1 2018. Our sales person was great but since we have pulled off the lot we have been doomed by their business We bought a 2017 used Acura’s tlx on Jan 1 2018. Our sales person was great but since we have pulled off the lot we have been doomed by their business office staff and lies. We were told that our North Carolina tag will be transferred to the new car. Our temp tag expires in two days and guess what. Tag was never transferred. I just ran my tag and it’s still registered to the old car. But when I have called for the last two weeks the people on the phone have reassured me that it’s been processed by the dmv and our new registration card is on its way. Guess what those calls were all lies. If our car was processed then the tag wouldn’t still be showing registered to the old vehicle. Now we are stuck in a horrible situation that we have a temp tag expiring. We don’t even have our new vehicle ever been transferred and this dealership doesn’t care because they sold you a car and once you pull off they don’t care anymore. So now I have a car with dead tags. I have a car that has never been registered to the dmv and since it’s been nothing but failures and lies I am now left with no choice but to contact a personal lawyer to come after this dealership civally and file a complaint with the sc attorney generals offices for car sales fraud to a consumer. File a complaint with the sc dmv for this dealership license to do business with them on processing and we should not have to be dealing with this. Now we have to risk driving with a expired tag. Getting pulled over. Getting a ticket which will impact my drivers license and insurance because of their neglect and poor business practices. Stay away from this dealership. They don’t care. If your getting screwed they just keep lying to you and never fix the actual problem. I will be sure to make reviews on every site possible to ensure no more consumers have to go through what we are having to go through since they have failed to fix my problem !!! More

He is extremely patient with me when learning all about the "bells and whistles" on this car. He did an excellent job explaining everything to me. It was overwhelming to me but Ken was great It has been a pleasant experience - feel I don't have to hesitate asking any questions about this car. More

I emailed the dealership wanting to know if the car was still available and didn’t expect a response until the following day. Christine emailed and texted me on her day off to let me know that the car was available and even scheduled a test drive for the following day. We were out of state and she answered all of my million questions before we drove to the dealership. I drove to the dealership the following day and Christine had the car waiting for me. The entire process was painless and enjoyable. I purchased the car on a holiday and unfortunately couldn’t not drive it home the same day as the banks were closed. Christine delivered my car to me sparkling clean a few days later and I live over an hour away! Christine provided outstanding customer service and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in the market to purchase a car. More

In short, it was a great experience ... from the moment we first walked into the showroom to the joyful minute of driving away in our new MDX. What's interesting is that we had no intention of purchasing our car from Bradshaw. We're from Charlotte and had planned to purchase our new car locally. We just stopped into Bradshaw to see a specific car option that our local dealership didn't have on-premise. Given the great experience, extremely knowledgeable and patient staff, and numerous vehicle options available, we elected to give our business to Bradshaw.
