Always the best! We arrived at the Bradshaw service center an hour early ( because we live an hour away and we plan to do shopping and activities while we are in town) We arrived at the Bradshaw service center an hour early ( because we live an hour away and we plan to do shopping and activities while we are in town) but Cory Pritchett and the group were cool about it, got us a loaner and sent us on our way quickly. Our car was serviced on time, thoroughly inspected and a problem with our battery was discovered. We were called, then all, including a wash, was taken care of before the promised time. Great Help I came in and had to get my axles replaced after lowering my car. I later found out that my boot in my axle was busted and needed to be fixed. I was told that the boot couldn't flex the way it needed to so Josh in the service department after Corey helped me allowed me to be capable of stretching my boot so I could drive it and not have any worries. I loved how helpful they were and Corey afterwards also checked up in me after a few days to make sure it was ok. Even though this is a 35 min drive out of the way to get my car serviced I'll always come back. More

Negotiations were straight-forward, timely, and finalizing the deal effective. Just talking with Ken you sense sincerity, a love of the product, and an emphasis on making sure that my experience was the best possible. Even after the paperwork and the deal were finalized, Ken sat in the car with us and went over all the functions to make sure we understood all the bells and whistles. With the Advance Package there is a lot to learn. Throughout the process Ken was not only patient and sincere, but excited to share this with us. More
