I did not do the repairs at the time but did rescheduled for a later date. The services were completed this week and everything went as explained and at the costs that were estimated. Your typical Friday afternoon purchase I had been going to Bradshaw Acura for years for car service, but finally purchased a vehicle from them this past weekend. I had moved into the area with 2 Acura's, and had always gone to their service department for vehicle service. While there, I'd look at the latest models in the new car area and talk to sales team there time to time. So. I was familiar with the people there. I walked in last Friday afternoon to test drive a vehicle, and 2.5 hours later, drove home a new car. Steve and Andy were about as professional and helpful as anyone can possibly be. While I have purchased many cars in my life, I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as this purchase was. I'd definitely go back to them for my next car purchase. More
