System Failure - 2016 Acura TLX I was unhappy that this Acura had a severe problem with the engine. However, the treatment I received from your representative, Colton Dantzler, was I was unhappy that this Acura had a severe problem with the engine. However, the treatment I received from your representative, Colton Dantzler, was far beyond my expectations. I sent him an email last Sunday explaining the problem and he called on Monday morning to arrange towing to Bradshaw. Everyday, he called to tell me what was happening and the progress being made. I picked up the car yesterday and it was spotless inside and out, I met the technician who performed the work and he explained what he had done. Colton who treated me royally. It was definitely a good decision to but my last two Acuras at Bradshaw rather than at one of the dealers closer to where I live. Thanks to you all, Steve LaPonte More

Certified? How so? I would strongly recommend against purchasing a "certified" vehicle from Bradshaw. I'm taking the time in hopes you consider other dealerships in the area. Hendrick Acura has gone above and beyond in resolving a number of issues Bradshaw failed to address. As this is my 6th Acura vehicle, you would only be doing yourself a favor by shopping elsewhere. This is by far my worst ownership experience. 1) Engine went into safety shutdown shortly after purchase. Bradshaw failed to change the oil. I loved having my wife call me from the side of the highway hysterical. They were very kind to reimburse me the cost of the oil change. 2) Rattle that was promised to be repaired was not. My issue with the rattle is that it was so obvious, I questioned if the shop even took the vehicle on a road test. The typical answer was given - "the shop must have been playing the stereo". How can any of the road test points been tested if this was true? Sales manager agreed it was a major miss. Apparently the car came in on his day off and he is the only one with a set of ears. 3) As the vehicle was within 3K of 60K miles, the shop should have performed the 60K service as per certification. I needed to remind them of this fact. Fortunately I was verse in the Acura certification standards. A number of filters were changed post raising the concern. 4) Rear bumper was delivered with peeling paint. Certification requires condition to meet Acura standards. Peeling paint should have failed the certification. I own I missed this, but I arrived after sun down. During the initial detail or cleaning for delivery this should have been easily picked up. 5) Nav Pin failed to be reset. Dealership let me know the prior customer was unwilling to share it. I can only assume he had a similar experience with Bradshaw and wanted nothing further with them. The intention of the certification process is to give customers peace of mind they are purchasing a vehicle that has undergone an extensive review and meets high safety/quality and appearance standards. Still unsure why I paid a premium for a certified vehicle that I question if it was even inspected. More
Great Salesman and Car! I'd been looking for a new car for about a month. I did my research and narrowed it down to a few models. I test drove all of them and spent a ton of time at dealerships. Bradshaw Acura (and especially Mike Kelly) was different. Mike spent 10 minutes with me narrowing down the cars that I would be interested in. Then we talked options. Acura really makes this easy because the options packages narrow the models down to an A, B or C choice. Mike quickly discovered what was important to me and pulled up a car for me. For the first time, I realized that I had a professional salesman. He truly helped me select a car that I would be happy with. Twenty five minutes after walking in the door, I signed on the dotted line. Thank you Mike! More

Confusing with regards to the price of servicing my vehicle. I was quoted 4 different prices regarding the service of my Acura. A customer does not mind paying, but a customer becomes curious when the fee chang I was quoted 4 different prices regarding the service of my Acura. A customer does not mind paying, but a customer becomes curious when the fee changes several times. The individuals I dealt with were very nice, changing the amount of the final bill to what was initially quoted. This was nice of them, however, they would have made the customer more comfortable if they stayed with their original quote. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Service Department employees were very personable. I just had an issue with how the quotes were handled. More
