Our experience was excellent We first visited the showroom a couple of weeks prior to our purchase. Mike Kelly greeted us warmly. Although we told him we did not plan to buy until October, he was very courteous and showed us the new vehicle features. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase ahead of our planned date. Because of the way Mike treated us, when we made the decision to move up our purchase date, we first called Mike's cell to ensure he would be there when we arrived. This was at least our fifth Acura purchase. Because we are fairly new to Greenville, we were a little apprehensive about dealing with a dealership that was new to us. There was no need, our experience was excellent. Mike Kelly is the best. Also a special thank you to the finance person who was very informative as well. More

However, my recent experience at Bradshaw Acura has proven that not all dealerships are created equal. From the time I entered the dealership, through the transaction and after returning to drop off some items for my trade-in, everyone was friendly, helpful and honest. Mike Kelly was very easy to work with and JJ was very friendly. I will definitely return here for service and my next purchase. We had little knowledge of the Acura RDX other than those we had seen on the road, or what we had read on the Acura website. Ken Hucker took his time to answer any and all questions with professionalism and obvious product knowledge. He was sure to ask questions regarding our needs and wants, and honestly explained if the RDX would meet them or not. When met with a possible concern regarding our rather unusual need to have a vehicle that would allow the transport of a parrot and cage on our travels, Ken did not try to oversell the capability of the vehicle to do so, but allowed us the time to consider the possible solutions rather than try to push us to an immediate decision. From that initial visit, further questions and communication was again a confirmation of Ken's ability to understand his customer as well as his product which concluded with one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. More
