My Service Consultant (Pete Arbore) was 100% focused on my I'm blown away by the sincere and thoughtful customer service at the Acura Service Center. My Service Consultant (Pete Arbore) was 100% focused on my minor mechanical issue resolution. The loaner vehicle was ready to go and waiting was near zero minutes. He routinely kept me updated and the repair team went the extra mile to resolve the issue. The "Acura" labeled mints on the dashboard were a nice touch too. I need a brake job soon and after the experience I had at the Acura Service Center, I am willing to pay a little more to have it serviced at Acura. I know it will be done "better than right" and the service will be perfect! Thanks Pete and the repair team for taking care of me and my RDX; we appreciate it and will be back soon! More

It was a pleasant experience and like sitting down with an old friend. It was quick! I bought a car and drove away in a short period of time. Mike thoroughly went over all the details and instructions of my new car with me - it's a computer! Mike Burgess in Finance was also awesome to deal with. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or didn't want. The loan application process was fast and smooth. They will even register my car for me which is in NC. I would drive two hours again to work with the good people at Bradshaw. More
