Great service - Ease up on the finance add ons selling. The experience & service was great. The only issue was when we went to the financing department. If we don't want it ...we don't want it. We don't have to give a reason. We didn't appreciate that. We've been buying new and used cars for 30+ years. We know what we need and what we don't. Ken Hucker treated me like Family I have owned an Acura since 1997. I LOVE the Acura product. We have lived in 3 different areas in the almost 20 years of Acura ownership. Even when I have owned an Acura since 1997. I LOVE the Acura product. We have lived in 3 different areas in the almost 20 years of Acura ownership. Even when we lived 500 miles away, I brought my vehicles to Bradshaw for service appointments. Bradshaw Acura Service Department really takes the time to get to know their customers and their personal needs as well as providing excellent maintenance and repairs. There was no question when I decided to purchase another new Acura that I would make my first stop Bradshaw. Ken Hucker was phenomenal! He answered all of my questions honestly and completely. He was up front about his offerings and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and packages offered. He was able to help me select the vehicle and package that best suited the list of wants and needs I had given. He even listened to some concerns I had and made recommendations of some accessories that would better outfit my new car to meet those. Ken never tried to "up-sell" beyond my list of wants and needs. He just made sure he was a very good listener and that I hadn't forgotten what I mentioned being important. Ken spent time with me going over every feature on my new Acura and I left feeling like I had made a really great choice and was knowledgeable enough to begin enjoying all of the amenities. I even had a question a couple days after leaving the dealership and Ken was just as eager to help. Ken Hucker made me feel like there was no pressure and that my needs came first. I feel like Bradshaw Acura promotes a family feeling among the staff and it spills over to benefit the clients most of all. Eric Sandusky even came up from Service to congratulate me on my new purchase. And, when I went down to the Service Department for my intro visit, Doug Holliday and the guys were excited to see I was pleased and had finally found just the right vehicle for our family. Doug Holliday has taken care of me since my very first Acura purchase. And, even Mr. Crane from the service department came out and made sure I was pleased with the accessories installations. I could go on and on about how wonderful Bradshaw Acura is. I HIGHLY recommend Ken Hucker, the Service Dept and Bradshaw Acura as a team. More
