We met nice people and learned a lot about many different vehicles. But Shannon stood out. He showed us the Acura RDX, pointed out all its features, and gave us his opinions on many aspects of the car. He won our trust. We were ready to proceed with our car purchase last week, and there was no doubt where we would go and who we would talk to. Others joined in and talked with us too. AWESOME!!!! I visited this dealer three times in the last 1 1/2 (since Sept/ 14) years as I was searching for the perfect car. Each time, I was greeted and atten I visited this dealer three times in the last 1 1/2 (since Sept/ 14) years as I was searching for the perfect car. Each time, I was greeted and attended to by JJ. He as very unassuming and willingly showed me the car despite our telling him that we were in no way ready to purchase a car. Nonetheless, he was very thorough yet not pushy at all. It's was obvious that he was confident about the quality of Acura and that the car did not need "selling". Imagine my surprise later when I found out that he was none other than the sales manager! Flash forward to March 2016 and I went back in to see the car again. Once again, I was greeted warmly by none other than JJ. He immediately remembered me. Once again, he showed me the car and we went for another test drive. Two weeks later, I went back in to seal the deal and it too was as effortless one could only dream of when purchasing a car. It was up front, no hidden agendas... PRICELESS! Before I new it, I was in my beautiful new MDX. Shannon Ninan then helped me with all the technology features. He's another irreplaceable part of Bradshaw Acura. All I can say is that the entire process from day 1 was perfect. Quick and easy After looking online, I knew what I wanted. I had limited time. Aubrey made it quick and easy. I had a car picked and priced right within 15 minutes. Slow, took too long to change battery and wash car. Technician who replaced battery forgot to install the two plastic expansion pins that hold battery top enclosure.
