Service on 2011 MDX I purchased my first Acura(TL) in 2005 and it was such a great car for me that I chose to stay in the Acura family and the MDX is my second. since my I purchased my first Acura(TL) in 2005 and it was such a great car for me that I chose to stay in the Acura family and the MDX is my second. since my first Acura, I have been impressed with the service staff at Bradshaw. The service writer I worked with last week with was Colton. He is always friendly and helpful. Since they were going to have my car all day, he made sure I had a loaner for the day and called me as soon as my car was ready. In the past, I've tried having my car serviced elsewhere and left feeling as if they tried to get over on me/charging for things I did not need. I have never had that experience with Bradshaw Acura Service. More
