This was the 3rd new Acura I've purchased from Bradshaw and the process was seamless. Some of the staff even remembered my name which makes me feel like they see you as more than just another sale. My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the features. I think he went the extra mile to make sure that my wife was comfortable with the operation and features. More

Steve stayed past closing on two different nights just to help me look. It didn't seem to bother him one bit. He spent ample time teaching me how to use all of the features that come with the technology package and was not the least bit pushy. It was a very pleasant car buying experience, and I look forward to doing more business with Bradshaw Acura in the years to come. More

As we were looking at the ones on the lot we were approached by Mike Hartle he was the sales guy. He asked what we were looking for we told him and told him our price range and he help us find a van that was very suitable to use and less than our budget. We purchased a 2006 Toyota Sienna. My wife loves it. Mike was very polite the whole time and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Also I can not remember the managers name but when we were doing the final paperwork with him he was also very nice and polite and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Also before we left Mike made sure my wife was familiar and comfortable with all the controls on the van. If you are looking for a used car go see Mike at Bradshaw Honda. You will not be disappointed. More

I love the reliability of Acura so this was my first stop in a large variety of dealerships on Laurens road. Shannon was extremely friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. I loved the RDX but wanted to check out some other options so I ventured to some nearby dealers also. My experience with the other dealerships was extremely negative as the attitudes were extremely pushy and overbearing; repeatedly asking "what can we do to close the deal today?!?" As I suspected, I ended back up at Acura to make my purchase. I was then put with Mike to fill out financial paperwork ect and he was equally as helpful and patient. Buying a new car is a big decision, and I couldn't be more pleased to have given my business to Shannon and Mike with Bradshaw. Highly recommend! More
Never plan to go back Where do I start? The facilities: The actual building is horrible. The lighting is horrible so you are depressed as soon as you walk in the door. The Where do I start? The facilities: The actual building is horrible. The lighting is horrible so you are depressed as soon as you walk in the door. The condition of the building, doors, walls, facilities is poor at best. They have old cubicles set up down the building in a row so you can't even discuss the deal in private. During the buying process they ask your SSN to run credit and you feel like five people are standing around easily within hearing distance. I really can not believe that a high end Acura dealership would allow their used car lot or staff to be in such horrible conditions. Staff: This general sense of depression that the building inspires is further enhanced by the total lack of professionalism and politeness of the sales staff. Tim Brown was the one bright spot for us and the only reason I would ever visit this place otherwise beware of the rest including the managers. We are the ones that are spending thousands of dollars of our money and we were treated as an inconvenience. They acted like they couldn't get out the door fast enough once we signed. They would barely speak to us while we were there. We had to return to the dealership to get the car detailed. I will just say that I doubt they even ran a vacuum over the carpet or took a wet cloth to any surface. I was so disgusted with our whole interaction at this dealership that I did not even bother to complain about the complete lack of any detail work on the car. I just wanted to wash my hands of any more correspondence. More
