Efficient sales process and fair dealing. I purchased a 2013 Wrangler Sahara from the pre-owned lot recently and I feel it went very well. I had been in the habit of buying a new car every yea I purchased a 2013 Wrangler Sahara from the pre-owned lot recently and I feel it went very well. I had been in the habit of buying a new car every year but dealing with the sales process was generally time-consuming and frustrating. For this vehicle, I was particular about color and options and I had found one at Carmax - I had even paid the transfer fee and was prepared to go pick it up the day I found one at Acura. The Jeep at Acura was the same mileage and $1000 more but a similar one at Carmax would have been about $5000 more. Overall, I felt Acura handled the purchase details quickly, they did not leave me waiting around, and pricing was fair. I feel like I got more vehicle for less money from them. The one thing they could have done better is delivery detailing. My vehicle was being driven by the lot manager and had some normal bug splatter, etc that was missed in the cleanup. It would have been worth my time to have a loaner vehicle or my existing car while they took adequate time with clean up. More

One of them was a different used car lot also in the Bradshaw group and received similar no-pressure service. The other dealership WAS high pressure, which made me feel uncomfortable and was of no use anyway since my husband was in the car biz for years. The VW Passat we bought had more options and came at a better price than the other cars we test drove. I would definitely buy from Eddie and Bradshaw again! More
