At one point, my wife and I actually had to leave for an appointment that we needed to keep and there was NO PRESSURE to commit to the sale right then. Within an hour of leaving we were back on the lot, picked the Jeep we liked and started talking numbers. These guys were great and the Finance Manager was no exception. I emailed JJ about a new lease. He immediately had Scott come to my office and pick up my old car to appraise it. 10 minutes later they returned the car and JJ called me 20 minutes later with a quote.
