This is the third Accura that I have purchased from Bradshaw. Evan Lindsay was very helpful in helping me purchase the last two vehicles and was always courteous, knowlegeable, responsive, and patient Bradshaw. He was aware that my husband wanted the 2014 MDX, and I wanted the 2014 RDX for several reasons, but cost was a big factor. Evan suggested a demo 2013 MDX (black - the color I wanted) and compared costs for me, explained all the safety features and additional add-ons. As it turns out, my husband got what he wanted and I got a luxury vehicle with many additional add-ons that I would not have considered and that allowed me to stay in my budget as well. I would highly recommend Evan, as we have done so in the past, and the other courteous and helpful employees at Accura Bradshaw. When Evan was tied up, he asked Ken Hucker, also very knowlegeable and courteous, to assist us. On the day of purchase, JJ Jerdal expedited the paperwork and Steve Steele was able to make it a quick deal that got me in and out in a short time. Thanks also to JJ, who knew I was on a tight schedule, and Ken Hucker, for transferring my belongings to my new purchase. Everyone there was friendly, courteous, and helpful. More

I recently purchased a 2014 MDX, which is the second vehicle I have purchased from Evan and Bradshaw (also a 2008 MDX). Evan has been extremely professional with great attention to detail in ordering and delivering the two cars to me. He always follows up in a timely manner and does a great job explaining the new technology on your cars. I would highly recommend Evan and Bradshaw Acura to any one who is in the market for a new car, as I believe that they will be well treated and the experience will be very pleasant in all respects. Everything about our experience at Brawdshaw Acura was excellent. Mike Burgess was our primary sales person. He spent all the time we needed to help us understand the technology in our new 2014 RDX and followed up with us after the purchase to make sure we are happy with the car and to see if we had any more questions. Everyone else we encountered in the purchase process was also pleasant and respectful of our needs. I strongly reccomend Mike and this dealership to anyone considering a car purchase. In addition, this is our second Acura purchase from this dealership. Our 2006 MDX has over 120,000 hard family miles and has never had a mechanical breakdown. We had all scheduled service at the dealership because the prices remained fair and the service reps remained pleasant and honest. I can't express how floored and appreciative I am of the experience I had at Bradshaw Acura. For a person who was inexperienced and less than thrilled about having to buy a newer vehicle, I couldn't hav the experience I had at Bradshaw Acura. Particularily, Steve Steele, who focused all of his attention on us while we were his clients - from the moment we were contacted (we sent an initial Internet inquiry about an Acura TL) by Steve via email and phone, through the purchase process, new vehicle pick-up, and the phone call several days after to see if we were happy with the new car. I'm thrilled with my new Acura TL! We are very happy with the price, the trade-in value, AND the fact we didn't have to deal with anyone trying to "work" us and waste our time with "back and forth" negotiations. Quite frankly, we left another dealership (not Acura) because we were unhappy with their negotiation process. Well, that and their car didn't have a spare, the quality audio system, nor did their dealership have Steve or anyone with his professional demeanor. Of course there are many other reasons I'm so happy with my new Acura TL - the quality of workmanship, quietness while driving, the technology package, I love the exterior design, and it just "fits" me. We did trade in a vehicle but financed a portion on this new car. The process of doing the financing was amazing - no pressure to add on items, and my gosh, such a quick process! We were in and out in about fifteen minutes. Again, this was all done in a professional manner. Both my husband and I appreciate a dealership that values clients. Steve Steele was, again, very professional, and we value that quality greatly and he cares that we were happy with our purchase. We look forward to a long relationship with Steve, and Bradshaw Acura! The purchase of our 2014 Acura MDX was one of the most pleasurable experiences we have ever had with any dealership. Evan Lindsay was outstanding from the time we entered the showroom floor. We had an idea of what we wanted, but after spending a while with Evan we knew the MDX was for us. Evan's knowledge and technical skill added greatly to our experience. Evan started immediately on locating the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle had to be ordered and Evan kept us aware of the status until delivery to the dealership. Upon delivery of the vehicle Evan displayed his knowledge of the MDX by explaining all of the great options and really taking the time to set up the car like we wanted. Evan even set up a 2nd visit for a training update. The entire staff at Bradshaw Acura did a super job and were a pleasure to work with. They make you feel that you are now a part of a very special family.... an Acura owner. We could not be more happy with out total experience at Bradshaw Acura.
