Ron Ratliff is one of the most honest salesman that I have encountered as far as the purchase of a used car. I made an offer one day and the boys in the office rejected it. Headed home. Not only did they work with me to reach a competitive price agreement, but more importantly, they treated me with the utmost respect as a knowledgeable consumer throughout the entire purchasing process and extended a level of courtesy to me normally reserved by most businesses for a select group of friends and family only. And I can not overemphasize the significance of this latter point! At no time did I feel as though I was involved in a typical car-buying experience reported by many a consumer -- one characterized by high-pressured sales tactics and/or fabricated information to coerce the consumer into a hasty, ill-advised purchase and/or lease.
